The Bristol office in Bedminster, near the city centre is the Hennessy HQ. Close to the major motorway networks our large office and warehouse space was chosen to ensure our engineers can be debriefed, fully stocked and on their way to the next customer. With talented, trained and friendly engineers across the country, Hennessy Fire & Ssafety invested in a sophisticated field service software programme so office personnel can receive updates as soon as jobs are complete. Like-wise, our valued customers will receive an email report complete with the invoice for increased productivity.
Hennessy Fire & Security was originally formed by Chris Hennessy in 2008 and became a limited company in 2011. Chris began his career with a national company specialising in bank security systems, soon after, he moved onto the residential and commercial sector. Today Chris manages the company whilst being part of the growing team of engineers. Accompanying Chris, Terry Anderson joined the managing team in 2013, with experience across many fields in the service industry which is a huge part of the customer service Hennessy widely promotes as their number one priority.
What makes us different is our commitment to our customers, both new and existing. This begins with our specialist team, who are always there to help, either over the telephone, remote connection to your alarm system or out in the field. We strive to offer the best service, with our extensive knowledge we have and to ensure our company vehicles are fully stocked with the latest equipment to achieve a first time fix. We also believe in complete transparency between us and our customers, that’s why when new customers come on board, they receive all the contact information they could ever need, from customer accounts and administration, we are just a phone call away.
